Sweet Face Farms was an idea brought to life after the passing of our youngest daughter, Hattie, who my husband had nicknamed “Sweet Face”.  After many, many prayers for some way to make a difference in the lives of as many people as possible and to find a creative outlet to focus on, God opened doors for us to add dairy goats to our hobby farm.  With the addition of our dairy goats, I found each milking peaceful and calming and perfect for more prayer time while outside in the natural environment God made for us.

From these prayers, God put it in my heart to make natural soaps using the milk I was collecting daily. After making soaps, I decided to give making goats milk lotion a try.  Several friends were willing to give the lotion a try on their babies who have eczema and reported amazing results. The word started spreading and more and more people reached out to request their own bottles of lotion and soaps. To meet the increasing demand and to make these products available to everyone, Sweet Face Farms was created! I have always sworn I would never own a company. I never had any desire to do so, but God had other plans and here we are!
